Drag-and-drop editor
Build proposals exactly how your clients will see them using modular blocks — text, estimates, and media. Save your favorite layouts as reusable templates.
- → Stack blocks — cover, text, estimate (line-item table), media, acceptance, divider — and drag to reorder sections and blocks
- → Pick row layouts (full-width, 8-4, 4-8) to put a sidebar next to your scope or estimate
- → Live preview and inspector panel while you edit; the same renderer powers the internal view, the public client link, and the PDF
- → Save any proposal as a template, or start from built-in Standard and Lite templates. Tokens like client name and issue date fill in automatically
AI writing and image tools
Instantly generate or refine text blocks — like your Scope of Work — using your past business context. You can also generate and edit images directly in the app.

Flexible sign-offs
Easily toggle the client approval button on or off based on your workflow. Clients type their name and email to accept; the signed date renders inline on the document.

- → Clients approve on the public page with name and email; signed date appears on the document afterward
- → Admins can also mark a proposal accepted manually from the internal view
