Redesigned Proposals

We've completely overhauled how proposals work in Every to help you close deals faster and present your services flawlessly. Head to Proposals in your dashboard and click Add Proposal to try the new features today.

Drag-and-drop editor

Build proposals exactly how your clients will see them using modular blocks — text, estimates, and media. Save your favorite layouts as reusable templates.

  • Stack blocks — cover, text, estimate (line-item table), media, acceptance, divider — and drag to reorder sections and blocks
  • Pick row layouts (full-width, 8-4, 4-8) to put a sidebar next to your scope or estimate
  • Live preview and inspector panel while you edit; the same renderer powers the internal view, the public client link, and the PDF
  • Save any proposal as a template, or start from built-in Standard and Lite templates. Tokens like client name and issue date fill in automatically

AI writing and image tools

Instantly generate or refine text blocks — like your Scope of Work — using your past business context. You can also generate and edit images directly in the app.

  • Generate or rewrite the body of any text block (summary, scope, notes, terms) with one click — Every uses your past proposals and business voice for context
  • Generate images inline with AI from a text prompt, or upload your own
  • Media library persists assets so you can reuse them across proposals
  • PDF export includes all inline media with correct sizing

Flexible sign-offs

Easily toggle the client approval button on or off based on your workflow. Clients type their name and email to accept; the signed date renders inline on the document.

  • Turn the acceptance block on or off per proposal — keep it for new clients, skip it for retainers or informal quotes
  • Clients approve on the public page with name and email; signed date appears on the document afterward
  • Admins can also mark a proposal accepted manually from the internal view

Services & Products, Voice & Tone, Data Pages

Offerings are split into services and products, your agent now speaks in your brand's voice, and there are dedicated pages for importing and exporting data.

Services and products

Offerings are now two things: services (work you do) and products (things you sell).

  • Services replace the old offerings with the same pricing models (fixed or hourly), booking, and time tracking support
  • Products are new: a parent item with variants, each with its own SKU, price, and options. Modeled after how Shopify and Google Shopping handle inventory
  • Invoice and proposal line items connect directly to services or products, so pricing stays in sync with your catalog
  • Booking pages reference services only. Products don't have bookable time slots

Brand voice and tone settings

Tell your agent how to sound across clients, teammates, and external contacts.

  • Set a distinct voice for three audiences: client-facing, internal/casual, and non-client external. Pick tone tags like warm, direct, professional, or playful
  • Add example quotes so the agent has concrete style references
  • The agent applies your voice when drafting proposals, invoices, and emails, and falls back to plain professional writing when unsure

Import and export pages

Upload a spreadsheet, match it to a saved script, and run it again. No chat required.

  • New Import page: upload CSV, XLS, or XLSX files and preview the data before anything runs
  • If you've imported the same format before, the page finds your saved script and lets you reuse it in one click
  • New Export page: download invoices or expenses as CSV with field selection and presets like standard, detailed, and accounting
