  • Clerk: To manage user authentication securely.
  • Stripe: To process online payments securely. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: For secure data storage and application hosting.

5. Google User Data

We access, use, store, and share Google user data as follows:

  • Access: We access your Google Contacts to retrieve client contact information, your Google Calendar to view scheduling information and calendar events, your Gmail to draft and send client communications you explicitly initiate, and your Google Drive to create and manage invoice-related documents that you request.
  • Use: We use contact, calendar, Gmail, and Drive data solely to power product features you authorize. This includes automatically populating client details, tracking billable time and appointments, preparing invoices and related documents, and helping you send client-ready communications. Any data we access is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
  • Store: We securely access and, where necessary, store limited contact, calendar, Gmail, and Drive data only for invoice generation, client management, time tracking functionality, document creation, and client communication workflows that you initiate.
  • Share: We do not share your Google user data with third parties, except for service providers who assist in our data processing and application functionality.
  • Compliance: Our use of Google user data is limited to the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy and conforms with Google's Limited Use Requirements.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited scenarios:

  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share data (e.g., connecting third-party apps).
  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf (as listed above), under strict confidentiality terms.

If you access Every AI from outside Canada, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
