Subprocessors
The service providers that process personal data in your workspace for Every.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Every uses the service providers below to process personal data in customer workspaces ("Customer Personal Data") on our customers' behalf, under our Data Processing Agreement. Each is bound by written terms with data-protection obligations. Our servers and primary data storage are in the United States.
Changes. We give at least 10 business days' notice before a new subprocessor starts processing Customer Personal Data. Customers may object within 30 days of a notice, as set out in the DPA. Subscribe to updates and we'll email you before any change.

Integrations you connect
These are not Every's subprocessors. When you connect one of them, data moves between your Every workspace and your own account with that provider on your instruction, under your agreement with them: Google (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive), Xero, HubSpot, Slack, Granola, Kondo, LinkedIn, Instagram, and MCP servers you add.
