Responsible AI
AI should make business work easier without hiding who is responsible for the decision.
Every helps prepare and carry out work across CRM, proposals, invoices, payments, and connected business context. You remain responsible for what is approved, sent, paid, or relied on.

How we design the boundary
These statements describe the current product. They are operating boundaries, not a claim that an AI model can never make a mistake.
- 01
You choose the context
Every works from the business information, connected services, files, and instructions you choose to provide. Connections can be removed, and access remains scoped to the organization and member permissions that govern the workspace.
- 02
Important external sends stay deliberate
Every does not send important customer-facing communications without confirmation or an explicit instruction to send. Drafts and suggested actions remain reviewable before they leave the workspace.
- 03
Use only the data needed for the task
AI-powered features may send the content and business context reasonably needed for a request to Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google AI, depending on the feature. The Privacy Policy describes the current providers and source-specific boundaries.
- 04
Keep product records separated
Every encrypts data in transit and at rest and applies organization-scoped access controls. It does not use one customer’s connected accounting data to produce results, benchmarks, or insights for another customer.
What models can get wrong
Facts, calculations, interpretation, and tone all need review.
- —A draft can use incomplete or outdated business context.
- —An extraction can misread a document, name, amount, or date.
- —A recommendation can miss legal, tax, accounting, or relationship context.
- —A generated message can sound confident even when its premise is uncertain.
A useful review habit
Check the source, the stakes, and the recipient.
- 1. Source: Is the underlying Person, Company, invoice, email, or file current and complete?
- 2. Stakes: Does this affect money, a contract, compliance, or a customer relationship?
- 3. Recipient: Is this ready to leave your workspace, in your business's voice?
Data and providers
The detailed commitments live in the policies.
Every's Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, which providers may process it, source-specific rules for Google Workspace and accounting connections, retention, and user rights. The Terms of Service govern use of the product. Product instructions live in the Every documentation.
Keep the judgment. Let Every handle the busywork.
Use Every to prepare the next step, then review the details that matter.
